How do I get started with Psydes?
You need a physical Psydes collectible card. Create an account in the app, then scan the QR code on your card and enter the 6-digit PIN to claim it. Once claimed, point your camera at the card to see AR experiences.
Why isn't the AR experience loading?
Make sure you have good lighting and hold your camera steady over the card. The card should be on a flat surface. If the experience still doesn't load, try closing and reopening the app.
How many devices can I use?
Each Psydes account supports up to 3 devices. You can manage your trusted devices in the Account tab of the app.
I didn't receive my verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, use the "Resend" button on the verification screen. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
Can I use Psydes offline?
Yes! Your collection is cached for offline viewing. However, you need an internet connection to claim new cards, use chat features, or load new video content.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Account tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All cards in your collection will become available for others to claim.
What devices are supported?
Psydes requires an iPhone with ARKit support running iOS 16 or later. Most iPhones from iPhone SE (2nd generation) and newer are supported.

Psydes collectible cards are available through our partner artists and select retailers. Follow us for announcements about new card releases.
