Psydes LLC ("Psydes," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Psydes mobile application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.
Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address, username, display name, password-related authentication information, and date of birth. Date of birth is used to verify age eligibility and may also be used to restrict access to age-designated content.
Device Information: We collect information such as device identifiers, device model, and iOS version to manage trusted devices, enforce device limits, prevent abuse, and provide technical support.
Collection and Usage Information: We collect information about how you use Psydes, including collectibles associated with your account, claim and transfer status, favorites, and which experiences or content you access. We use this information to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.
Camera Access: Psydes requires camera access to recognize physical collectible triggers and provide augmented-reality experiences. We do not record, store, or transmit ordinary camera footage used for AR recognition. Camera data used for recognition is processed on your device in real time.
Profile Photo: If you choose to upload a profile photo, it is stored in our cloud storage and used as part of your account profile.
Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we store a device token so we can send notifications related to your account, collectibles, releases, or other Psydes activity.
Purchase and Transaction Information: When you purchase, claim, transfer, or resell a collectible, we may receive information needed to associate the transaction with your Psydes account. Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment or commerce provider; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
The current consumer version of Psydes does not permit collectors, artists, creators, or other third parties to publish content directly into the live app. Content made available to collectors is reviewed and published by Psydes in cooperation with the applicable artist, creator, or rights holder.
Community posting, direct messaging, artist direct-publishing, and similar interactive publishing features are not currently available through the Services. If these features are introduced in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy before or when they become available.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Messaging, and Cloud Functions. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Sensitive credentials used by the app may be stored in Apple's secure Keychain rather than in plain text.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

Psydes requires users to be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Certain content may be designated as mature or explicit and may be subject to additional age-based access restrictions.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, complete transactions, protect security, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations.
When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method.
